As a wedding planner for almost two decades, we know what you want most is to enjoy your wedding day! So we’ve put together a special wedding package that makes planning your wedding SIMPLE! Our package includes the wedding meal, rentals, linens, flowers, photography, reception entertainment and more!
Here’s what our Weddings Made Simple Package includes:
Appetizers and Dinner for 100 guests: Catered by one of our top local caterers. We will create a customized menu just for you and your guests!
Rentals: Tables, Chairs, Linens, Napkins, China, Glassware and Flatware.
Photographer: Choose from many of Steamboats talented and creative photographers! The package includes up to 6 hours of wedding day coverage along with a CD with all your prints. (Other extras are available!)
Flowers for your Ceremony and Reception: Bride’s Bouquet, up to four bridesmaids bouquets, Grooms boutonniere, up to four groomsmen boutonnieres, and custom creative centerpieces for up to 12 guest tables.
Hair and Makeup: A professional Hair Stylist and Makeup Artist for the Bride at your selected site.
Music: A fabulous DJ for your reception for up to 4 hours.
Wedding Coordinator: A personal day-of wedding coordinator who will be on site at your wedding to coordinate your wedding day. This includes coordinating the wedding rehearsal, up to 3 pre-wedding consultations to help you choose your venue, plan your ceremony and take all the stress out of planning you wedding!
Wedding Cake: Tiered Wedding Cake, Custom Cupcakes or Dessert for 100 guests.
