The Main Event produces custom weddings that make your personal style and story come to life. We begin the planning process by getting to know you and then incorporating your vision into the event.
As we guide you through the planning process you will discover that you can enjoy preparing for your big day without all the stress. We will present you with the best options for venues, vendors and logistics that are specifically designed for your wedding and style.
PARTIAL PLANNING AND COORDINATION
This package includes three (3) pre-wedding consultations and up to ten (10) hours for pre-planning your wedding so we can perfectly orchestrate your wedding day and be up to speed on all the details, vendors, timing and special requests. We will construct a moment-by-moment timeline so that your wedding day flows seamlessly. You and your family can relax while our experienced staff takes care of all of the days’ details including organizing the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding, confirming all vendors, setting up escort cards, favors, centerpieces and personal items, orchestrating the walk down the aisle, queing the music, speeches and other special moments throughout the night, being on site throughout the entire wedding to handle any challenges that may arise, distributing final vendor payments and tips and delivering all your personal items and gifts to your requested location at the end of the evening.
FULL PLANNING, DESIGN AND COORDINATION
This package includes unlimited access to The Main Event while planning your wedding. Typically you will have one meeting per month to review the wedding details and progress, but you will be able to call or email us at any time for any questions that arise. We will create a custom budget for you as well as a moment-by-moment timeline so your wedding day flows seamlessly. We will develop a full decor theme, recommend floral and centerpiece designs and coordinate all the wedding elements including rentals, furniture, lighting and linens. Of course we will be on site for the ceremony rehearsal and on the wedding day. This package also includes all of the services in the Day-of Package.
THE LUXURY PLANNING PACKAGE
This is an unlimited package for a set fee. You will have full access to The Main Event for all your planning needs and questions throughout the entire planning period and includes all of the services in the Full Planning Package. Additionally The Main Event will send you a customized monthly checklist for the planning process and plan your entire destination wedding weekend including any or all of the following events: opening cocktail party, rehearsal dinner, guest activities, bridal luncheon and brunch. The Main Event will also help design custom invitations, a guest itinerary and gift bags for the weekend as well as coordinate all local transportation and lodging for you and your guests. Dream big, the sky’s the limit! Pricing based on location, number of guests and number of events desired.
WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT (DAY-OF COORDINATION)
You’ve got everything planned but which guest or family member will have to miss out on the festivities to make sure your day runs like clockwork? You don’t have to choose when The Main Event can expertly organize your plans and execute the perfect wedding day. We will meet one to three months before you big day, review all vendor contracts, construct a timeline, communicate with all your vendors and be with you on your wedding day from start to finish. You can enjoy your wedding day while having peace of mind that everything will run smoothly!
